Delete your Bus Jam account data

Open the game's Account and cloud panel, sign in and choose its account deletion option. Enter your current password when requested and confirm deletion. This removes this game's account profile, cloud save, online wallet, history and access tokens. Other DLX Studio games remain available.

Use our support form or email support@dlxstudio.tech from your account email, with “Bus Jam account deletion” as the subject. We verify ownership before deleting data. Never send your password.

Guest progress remains on your device until app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Limited records may be retained when required for security or by law.
