Terms of Service

By using Fruit Slicer, you agree to use the service lawfully, keep your account secure, and submit scores that reflect genuine play.

Fair play and scores

Scores may be validated, delayed, rejected, or removed when they appear to be manipulated, abusive, or inconsistent with the game. Leaderboard visibility also follows the account’s available privacy and participation settings.

Purchases

Digital items are delivered only after server-side verification with Google Play. A purchase may remain pending or unavailable when verification services are temporarily unreachable or cannot confirm the transaction. Google Play terms and applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Accounts and availability

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity on your account. Fruit Slicer may be updated, paused, or retired as the service changes. These terms do not limit consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Account deletion

You can remove your Fruit Slicer data from the game or use the account-deletion instructions. Deletion is app-scoped and does not automatically remove data belonging to another DLX Studio game.
